Sorry I can't remember this lady's name but she is outstanding in her job and a pleasure to deal with especially in these troubled times. She deserves any honorable mention that your company gives. I would like to request that she take over my account for spraying. She listened to my problem areas and double checked all areas of concern. I had called for a follow up the previous week and no one showed up. I was considering canceling your service but after talking this lady changed my mind. Please give her my sincere thanks.
