I have contacted Aptive about having ants in my garage. Today, Sherwin Rodriguez and sprayed not only the garage but adjacent areas as well. He did a very good job.
He did excellent job. He suggested lots of things in order to stay away from the bugs.
I was out of town so did not observe your application. My understanding was you did not do it when our appt. was made because my house sitter miss understood you. She thought you needed to come in the house and was uncomfortable with that. She understood you would call to reschedule. I don’t think think u ever called me. Please let me know if you did complete your job as I have been billed.
The technician did a great job. He cleaned off all cobwebs and dust around the house. I would definitely recommend he continue to do the job for my home.

I received an email dated 4:45pm that service would occur the next day... I didn't read the email until the morning of service... I tried to call to reschedule but was put on hold (you know "unusually high call volume"). I had a busy day, didn't have time to wait for an operator. I strung a string over my back gate to determine if it was opened. It was not so I am being charged for full service when my back yard was done. I have fire ants and have had to treat them all summer myself. I am not sure what I am paying for and just want to opt-out of this contract....

He arrived at 9:40 AM, got out of truck at 9:42, got back in his truck at 9:46 and left at 9:47 AM.
He was very helpful in explaining the type of bugs I have and what the best way to treat them was. He pulled the refrigerator and stove out to treat behind them and just over all made me feel confident that the company will handle my issue. My treatments started on September 2 and today was my 3rd one and the bugs seems to be increasing, he said if we are still seeing them next week, to call and someone would come back out but hopefully the extra effort he made today will get kill them.
