I DID NOT receive any service today. This technician (Zachary Crump) is lying about the service they performed! I was at home the entire time and no one came to my door. If they had come in the backyard to treat (like they said they did), they would have had to walk right past the open window l was sitting at. I received an email showing l was billed and immediately called the company to report it, but they didn't seem that concerned about it. Highly disappointed in this behavior!

Michelle came in today and she was excellent! I can't say enough good things about her. She was very detailed and patient to answer all my questions and concerns, She explained it to me what's going on in my house and they all made sense to me. That really puts me at peace after her visit. She ensures me that they will do everything to catch the mice! I actually had another pest company two weeks before her visit and nothing they did was effective. They did not even see droppings that Michelle saw to take the most effective actions.
