Careful & thorough, Jeff explained the whole process to me and was clear about not letting my pets back in the yard for 2 hours afterward. He also respectfully wore a mask and maintained social distance. Would love to have him as my permanent tech going forward. This review is for my initial visit only. I have net yet seen the effectiveness of the product.

Unfortunately I am still seeing those tiny black bugs that you came out to treat inside my house, Evidently they are an insect that isn't being killed by your product. I took some pictures that your technician downloaded. May be someone that is a professional can look at the pics and identify them. The work done by your technician that came this week was fine, it just didn't solve the problem. Gayle Stone
