Damien Spence came out this morning (10/12/20) and treated for mice/rats. He did an excellent job, and was willing to answer any questions that my wife and I had. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend this technician. I hope he's the one who comes out to our house each time.

I was impressed with Fontaine's willingness to exceed Aptive's expectations. He worked very diligent & was attentive to the pests' of the house. He wore PPE to enter the home!!! Thankx!

I work from home He saw me at desk and made no second attempt to get into house My job is to be on phone, Made no effort to gain entry a second time Will dispute payment until entry is gained to house Please let me know when someone will be here and time So far NOT impressed with service Should be notified of when someone Will be here VERBALLY

This service was excellent. I did have to call for a 2nd service because the first technician did not follow instructions and did not perform the expected service. They lost my trust in that first 'service' but did a great job earning it back on the follow up. I think this is a good company but there is a disconnect between the sales people and the field techs. Also some field techs are very friendly and knowledgeable and some do not pay attention to details. I feel that if management would ensure uniform training that this would be a service worth having. The price is fair and I have seen a positive result in pest management, so the service is effective when done properly. October 2020.
