Jacob was very nice to talk too. He explained everything he was going to do. Do a great job.
Technician was very courteous and thorough in explaining some of the issues he encountered. I don't know his name as it was not on the email. He serviced 6312 Silvery Star Path, Columbia on 15 October 2020.

my rating is 1 star, not 3 because does not allow me to. this tech was supposed to come out to spray inside my house for the first time ever, I was home door and garage open waiting and did not see him. my gardener was working outside as well. I called company to ask how long I need to be out of the house after treatment and asked when tech will be by since I have not gotten his call or txt of ETA, she told me he had been out for treatment already, I told her no he did not and proceed to say she can reschedule with no charge, I told her there should be no charge today for retreat, and asked to talk to management to file complaint since this is second time they did this with me. when I tal...Read More
Was very professional and thorough. Noticed that we had signs of rodents in the backyard and was proactive to tell us about it and mentioned that he was laying traps to rid us of of them. Thanks a lot!

Daniel and Leroy were amazing. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, and after reviewing my needs, got to work. They were courteous, professional, thorough, and understanding. I would recommend them highly to anyone. They are a definite asset to Aptive's business. I give them a five-star review and though I am thoroughly satisfied with Aptve's service, these two gentlemen really made my day.
Alex does a very thorough service at our home. He is very thorough, and we are most appreciative of the care he takes in servicing our home.
I want to know if you took the nozzle off of the hose in the front yard? if you did I do not appreciate it. I do not want that to ever happen again.
