Adrian was polite and easy to chat with. He completed his service quickly and when I asked him to treat for ants in my kitchen, he made sure to explain what he was doing and why. Five stars!

Eric Strother just completed my quarterly treatment and check. He was very professional and did additional checking for evidence of any rodents. Fortunately, he didn't find any problems. He did tell me that should I have issues in the future to contact him and he could bring out bait boxes. I appreciated this information as I didn't realize these could be an option. I found Eric to be honest and have my best interests in mind. He definitely deserves a tip or bonus of some type!

There are still several areas with cobwebs, immediately after he left. And in main walkway areas, areas like the corner of the back patio that I specifically said to make sure he got. This is not a review specific to this technician. I've had several of their technicians come out and they all do a crap job

Two nights ago I heard what I presume were rats, above my bedroom . I expected that Aptive was going to check into this. HOWEVER, I didn't hear anything last night, so maybe they moved on. I will contact you if I have further problems. Thank you.

We wanted him to spray inside as all the other pest control people have. He sprayed just the outside in 5 minutes and then just left without notifying us he was done. I have 2 infants and 2 dogs I had to confine so a 2 second hey im done would of been nice. Wow and now that it is asking me to rate my service it wont let me give it less then 4 stars hahaha ok then
