Griffin was friendly and professional. He introduced himself and efficiently treated the problem areas around my residence.
The tech was great!!!
However you need to fix all your support issues, wrong email being sent on on communications and you get a response from that you have moved it to a new one. However things sent to your new email are not responded to and the information is not passed to the tech in advance.

Great job spraying around the house. Very quiet! I work from home with 4 dogs with a rotating cast of boarders and doggie daycare dogs. The dogs weren't triggered until he was spraying at the back door. They only saw him because I accidently left the blinds where they could see. Otherwise I only would have known because of the text alerting me he was spraying.
Seems to be very thorough and is not the least disruptive.
Very professional.
Overall Service was ok, The Technician spent hardly 15 mins whereas I was told by the sales person it would be much detail service this being first service for the home of size 2400 sq ft. Ants and Spiders continue to be a problem and visible around the home after the treatment. I had to go to home depot and get DIY spray to take care of the ant problem.
Keith was very professional and courteous. I really appreciate that after he performed the service, he came and knocked on the door and let me know what he found and what he did.
The last guy just left without saying anything. We let the techs go through the garage to get to the backyard and he didn't tell us anything so we could close the garage.

He was very Helpful and detailed about information of the service, and did a great job. He knew what he was doing one of my favorite techs yet. Would like for him to come and do our service every time. Thanks
Mr. Williams was such a courteous and professional technician who provided me with thorough treatment of my home inside and out. Before he began, he explained what the service would entail, and went through the agreement step by step and answered my questions. Then he systematically examined my home, cleared wasp nests and spider webs, and sprayed all areas as described. Chris is very pleasant and I would happily see him return for the next treatment! Thanks, Chris, for your excellent work!
Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked if there were any specific areas of concern he should look at and took his time making sure the areas I mentioned were sprayed well. It is apparent he loves his job. I'm glad he was my tech and I sincerely hope I see him again in the future.
