Jay rang doorbell before performing work to see if I had any problems, mentioned the spiders and some mosquitoes and he provided the sticky strips and told me how to use. Stressed if I had any further issues to call. Very pleasant and professional.

The technician was very professional and friendly, this was the customer service I expected. The technician was very knowledgeable and taught me quite a bit in regard to the common pest we are treating for. GREAT JOB The only issues I am seeing are coming from the customer service and scheduling department within administration/corporate, please get this squared away.
