Joseph Amara took the time to review the services he was going to provide. Then we walked around the house and in the garage as I showed him my trouble areas for bugs entering the house. We also checked the bait box by the shed and discussed solutions for my mouse infestation. The bait box was empty so he suggested I call monthly to get it refilled. Joseph did a great job!
