Service is great! All the gentlemen that come out to my home are polite, accommodating and informative. Maurice Allison was Amazing!! My Only issue is that I can never reach anyone about appointments. I get an email and a text that my service provider will arrive in 30 minutes to complete my quarterly service... The Day Of! And then my doorbell rings not even 5 minutes later. I have asked for inside service to be done prior to newborn baby coming home to get it done as we have to be out of the house. Could never reach anyone to setup date. I was told they do their own scheduling but they never tell me date until the day of! So annoyed. I didn’t see Traddeus do any pest control on foundation, also didn’t ask us if we need do any internal pest control, we also let him check the mouse which we heard it scratch my house floor before he start his work, he said wait, but he go away directly without any check, we can see our back yard all the time when he doing work, we can see he just put something in the yard, didn’t see he do anything on foundation and also didn’t see he do anything else,I am very disappointed on his service, we need you arrange other person here to do pest control again as we feel almost nothing have done this time. Otherwise we refuse to pay for the fee

Robert came over on time and with a smile he explain everything on where he was going to spray and what things he is spraying for, I let him do his job after we discuses the things I need to do if I see anything in a couple of days give a call back. He was very friendly and courteous of my time. Thank you for the service

Hello, we have been happy to have this service for the last couple years, however, this most recent service was not the best we have had. The technician arrived without a wearing a mask as he approached the front door, very kindly offered to help me with a package I was grabbing, but again, was not wearing a mask so sort of unsettling. Also, we found the next day that our gate had been left open. Luckily it was raining and our dog hates the rain and didn't run off but typically we have had people conscious to close the gates behind them. I'm giving this a below average and not poor, because he still seemed to do thorough work but these are not the times to not where masks when perform...Read More

My quarterly treatment was scheduled for 1-5 p.m. Jerome arrived at 1:00 exactly. When I answered the door he was masked and standing 6 feet away. (I was masked too.) He told me he was here to do the treatment. I asked about the sticky sheets I had requested a few days earlier for catching the spider crickets in my basement. He showed them to me and asked me if I wanted him to place them for me. I preferred to do it myself, so he showed me how to use them.
