Tech was over 3 hours late. Appointment was scheduled between 8a-2p tech got there at 5:30. Was told that he was possibly doing his calls along his route instead of by appointment time. We specifically asked for indoor service and left before my daughters could remind him. Very unhappy

I have been with Aptive since the 1st of the year. Although, all technicians have been professional and tended to all needs, I have to give extra credit to the technician who can put on today. He went above and beyond my expectations. He even left and came back after I called him with a concern. He listened, gave advice, and was very knowledgeable. Thanks for outstanding service on today!!

Actually the least knowledgeable person to come over. disappointed. Wasn’t awful but we have has superb techs come in the past. He Said his backpack froze so just had to dust. Didn’t pay attention to detail. Could not identify a huge amount of weird bugs in our traps and didn’t give us enough to replace our old ones. Said he couldn’t. We’ve had techs take pics of bugs they couldn’t identify and such to protect our home and he didn’t seem to care much about it. Just wanted in and out.

was excellent, went into narrow spaces, found 5 dead mice and removed them. It would be nice to have the same tech every time.
