Steven was the best and most thorough Aptive agent I have up to date. Much more thorough than any other agent. He went above and beyond and really gave me faith in Aptive. He showed me entry points and put out many more traps as we have had a lot of mice and cave crickets. Really enjoyed working with him

Chad Stone did an excellent job on our house on 11-23. He took his time to do a thorough job on the interior of our home as well as the exterior. He was very polite and presented himself well. He should be commended for doing a great job and being a great employee.
