The fact that I did not get a text message before the gentleman came bothers me. I am not used to people dropping by my home unannounced. When we started this process I was told that I would be notified in advance when someone is coming. I really would appreciate it if we can keep that practice up.

He was very informative and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Let me know what to watch for come spring. Asked if I had other issues and listened to what I had to say. Will be putting out a mouse trap box to help with the mouse issue in my garage.
I asked the tech to spray the kitchen. Joe Cipriano was very helpful and sprayed for ants around my kitchen area which hasn't been sprayed in nearly a year. Thanks

Very professional service. Also, friendly, polite, helpful and informative about the products used and always ask if there are additional questions or if I need anything else. Everyone that has been to my home were super, no complaints.
Our technician was very friendly and did a great job. He made sure he got the entire outside and didn’t miss anything.
Nothing against the tech. But I got his finished e-mail before I even got the e-mail saying he was coming out. I don’t think this is his fault, but is there any way to get notifications on you’re coming out at a minimum of a day in advance?
Kyle was great very professional and told me what he was doing and why. He was careful of my furniture and clothing as he was taking care of my home.
Kyle is considerate of my time and called to let me know when to expect him. I would be pleased to have him back to treat my home.
