Adam Schoonover was very thorough and methodical . He came on a callback visit to try and solve our mouse problem, and honestly put himself in the mouse's shoes to figure things out. We caught one overnight in the wooden trap, and found the sticky board thrown face down on the floor so we are on the right path. He arranged for someone to come back later that day with additional supplies that he did not have on hand. The follow up person was also very good, but I missed his name. I do think the 5$ bonuses are in order but that link does not work.

First off, I did not get a required text before the December visit. Secondly, if my account was reviewed correctly the aptive representative should have seen a note or message reminding them NOT to spray after November until spring. Very upset with Aptive!
