Shakeem Richardson did a wonderful job. He rang the doorbell to announce that he was here and then he stepped away from the door to socially distance. He was polite and friendly.

Dan Baginski did a thorough job. What I appreciate is that he left marker in the lawn to indicate he had been here and that he left photos. In the past, only indication I received was the bill indicating that work had been done.

Manuel Vasavilbaso is by far the best person that I have been in contact with your company. He is by far the best person for your business. He was interested in doing the best job possible. Asked if I had questions about the service being provided and noted that I did not have boxes on the property for rodents of which I had not noticed that they were part of the package that I was supposed to have. I told him to cancel that charge because I have not been supplied with this since I started your service. You are blessed to have this individual working for you.
