I think this technician went above and beyond
he done an excellence job
It appears that your technician doesn't like his job because he did not do what we ask. This was a redo to spray for spiders and roaches. We asked for him to spray the patio and garage (because that is where the problems were and why he was coming back) he did neither....he said it wasn't necessary. It didn't spray the up stairs. I ask him to spray some of my plants and he said he would, but left without doing so. The service was a redo, but he didn't redo it. The things the salesman told us and sold us on was your services, which have not come true. The only problem I had is he showed up earlier then scheduled and I was not home to keep my little 14 lb. dog in the house. I was told arrival would be between 5:20-7:20
He arrived at 4:50 and was already gone when I arrive home at 5:25. Next time, please make sure someone is home to lock the dog in the house. He has a doggie door he goes in and out of. Thank you, Cheryl Ables
I am used to seeing a more thorough service from the Aptive team. I didn't see the technician remove cobwebs from my outdoor area and he didn't offer to do any work inside. The work he did outside was very quick.
Tyler was very friendly. He knocked on my door and introduced himself. He then took care of the cob webs and sprayed a solution around my foundation. I was very satisfied.
The tech did a very nice job. Asked if I needed anything in particular and covered my house well.

I cannot even give a one star review as I was guaranteed my technician would come to my home on the day of service between 5-7 pm. He arrived at my home at 3:20 pm, while I was not at home. I can't confirm that he provided services to my property or not, nor treated specific areas I had requested in my call the day previously. Again I will state that I am outraged by the lack of satisfaction with this "professional" service. Evidenced by requesting re-services for pests, "seasonal" pests not being treated, having to prove that infact there are pests on my property by providing reqired photos for reservice, long hold times when calling in, and now service technicians that cannot keep... Not sure why Cody didn't`t come to the door after he was done with the service, but I really would have appreciated that he took the time to do that like the other Active service technicians did. I wanted to know if he sprayed for the wasps I told him about and whether he saw any nests and if he found the other rat box under my avocado tree. Also, he sprayed my front porch so heavily with the hose it left a big puddle !
Chase Hull did a great job. Very polite and thorough. Answered my question and asked about any problems before treating my house
