This morning Jerome Smith performed a quarterly treatment of my house. Jerome contacted me while enroute to our hose and arrived on time. Jerome was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and completely answered all my questions. I pointed out to him an area where we were still having some issues with ants and he attacked that problem immediately. Jerome was a delight to have as my technician. Aptive should be thankful and proud to have such an outstanding employee - know I would be if he worked for me. Thank you.

about a week ago I calledc your company to register a complaint about continual ant infestation and asked that your your service men should contact me when they arrived. I asked for a person in charge and she assured me that she would relay my message. Today, I left my garage door open so they would know that I was at home an d I didn't even know they arrived and had left. I had some special areas that I wished to have treated. I finally called your company and she scheduled me for a treatment on Januart l8. I have had to have additional treatments after every treatment. Pat Cooper

the technician did not come in the house. I guess I am not sure what he does outside in the winter. In the past your competitor came in and checked for mice. I have not seen mice but by the time I see them it may rather late. I may cancel my service after this year
