Gavin was on time and so nice. I had put a sign on the door to not ring the bell but to call since my son was napping and he made sure to do that. I really appreciated that! Very pleased with this technician!

Missed quite a few spots, specifically webs/spiders in the waves above kitchen window and below power meter.

Spider webs left all over the place. Failed to follow instructions. Probably not the service man fault, this needs to be addressed asap by management to follow up on previus complaints.
