Jerod did a good job. Very polite and completed job in a timely manner.
Jay did a great job and was very professional. Explained everything he was going to do and I appreciate the job he did.
My tech from Aptive named Junior came to my home today and made sure that my wife was HAPPY with where he sprayed the inside of the house and in the surrounding areas to make sure ALL bases of the house were covered not just where we were seeing the ants. He was professional and courteous as we had company and kids over at the time of service. He explained thoroughly what he was doing as he questioned rooms that I didn't think about and suggested while he was there to just get it taken care of. His assistant was also professional as she went around the outside of the house and left powder around the perimeter and gel in the kitchen and the countertops and floors. We had one of our recent quarterly services with Jerry Gaiters and he was the best technician yet that we met from aptive. He texted and called about an hour ahead of time. And when he arrived, he asked if I wanted him to start treatment indoors or outdoors. We have seen other technicians just come and go. He also came inside with shoe protectors and was very kind to ask permission to use/enter. He took his time to spray every corner and didn’t rush. He even sent a follow up text after leaving to remind me about mopping. Hope we see jerry again! Thank you!
Jay Pérez was great. He was even willing to treat the interior of the house, which we didn’t need today. Very helpful and thoughtful.
