Tyler was great. Very cordial on arrival and ask if we had any issues that we needed a little extra help with. I had some request and he was happy to follow up with. I ask to spray at base of patio furniture , he did but removed the furniture from our outside patio carpets first. Swept all cobwebs. Great job!!

Aptive is always quick, convenient and thorough. We have a dog with an immune deficiency disorder and we have to be extra cautious of pests. It's comforting to know we can relax with him in our own back yard because of Aptive's conscientiousness.

Ernie Oporto gets 5 stars. We contacted Aptiva because we had stinkbugs arrive over night, it seemed. The company was able to send a serviceman out earlier than our scheduled appoint date to handle this situation. He was attentive to our concerns with stinkbugs. He explained how he could not exterminate them but would create a barrier around windows and all other access points to prevent them from entering the house. He also treated our home for the scheduled maintenance and took his time to do a thorough job. The last company seemed to be in and out in 20 minutes.
