I was not home to open the backyard gate so there's no way the tech serviced the back side of my house. I was still charged the full rate. I cancelled my service.
Allen Watts was very nice and treated the areas they usually do and also did a little extra on a couple places I asked about on our back deck near our back four to our home.
Carlos did a great job. He listened to where I saw ants and spiders. He addressed my concerns immediately. Thank you
Very helpful. We have 2 small children and 2 dogs. We requested indoor/outdoor flea tick service. He sprayed the backyard and addressed our concerns in putting our dogs in backyard immediately after service. We asked if it were possible that he could return within an hour to service the indoors. while we went out for dinner. He accommodated us! Thank you for your customer service!

I have no idea if Active was at my house today. There was no evidence of them being here.I was home all day, except for one hour. Did not see anyone, nothing was left, stating what was done, and what time they were there. I was charged on my credit card though. Dissatisfied!!!

I am so pleased with the service of the Aptive company and in particular with the work of the service technician, Emanuel. It seems that my house must be on Emanuel's regular route because he has been here before. I really like that system, because he is able to become familiar with my property and the type of problem pests on the property. Emanuel is polite and he is a good worker. He always takes the time to ask if I have anything in particular that he should check on or areas that need treatment. Keep up the good work !
Steve is our favorite technician. He is very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very thorough. He knows this business very well, and doesn’t leave anything undone.
Darrell did an excellent job and was very thorough. I appreciated that he took his time and even spotted trouble areas that I hadn't noticed. His upbeat, friendly personality was a plus!!
