The gentleman did a great job. Polite , thorough and neat. The only small issue , was that he ran out of glue traps that we need for the cave crickets in the basement. Any chance you folks could mail me a bunch. They are very effective.

No one ever calls to tell us you are coming. You never ask if we have any other needs with regard to the inside of the home. You do not ever do anything but say you spray but again, how would we know if you showed up or not. Dissatisfied with the service and especially the communication. We literally get an email saying you were here. Will not continue with this service. A waste of money.

Your specialists was great. He called ahead, was prompt, excellent at what he did, and most important, was pleasant. He did what we asked, was complete, and was fast. He explained what he was doing, we talked about our issues, and took care of us. Thank you for the follow up.
