this service was a joke, tech didn't spend 5min on property and left stating he had completed the usual (when no technician has ever done it in less than 10min), there are wasps nests around the house that he obviously didn’t treat.

I was actually home for the treatment this time. I believe her name was Dana (really bad with names). Was very nice - let me know when she got there and then when she was leaving. Inquired as to whether I needed anything else. It's so nice not having to worry about the insects getting in since I have a cat and can't really put anything in the house.

Jeff came to the door and introduced himself. He asked about any issues. He was thorough with his treatment, He came to the door when he was done, and he told me what he found. I appreciated his communication and it was obvious that he addressed some details. I was very pleased.
