James Williams was my technician this morning in KC, MO (Libtery, MO, actually--but the last time I wrote one of these it had me living in Dallas. Anyway, James did a great job. He as personable and professional and left me w/ enough glue board to placate my bugaphobia for at least the next few weeks. I would be glad to see James as my technician again.

We asked him to do the exterior but unless he jumped the fence half of the house didn't get treated. The latch to the back gate was still frozen after he left, I went out to take my trash out and when I opened the gate the ice broke. So I know he didn't do the service as stated on the bill.

I was so happy for a couple of weeks was, after our last treatment, and then today I was getting dressed to go out, and a big spider came out of my closet and ran under my bed. I just sat down and cried. It seem to me, there is a nest and you haven’t found it? We have had many treatments, do you have any idea, where are they coming from? Please help! Mrs. Coll

Dindial Mahabir did an excellent job. He checked and sprayed the house thoroughly and removed the spider webs. Him and his assistant are excellent staffs with superb customer skills. Please make sure Dindial Mahabir will be the technician assigned to my house. Job well done!
