He is friendly and efficient. He is also careful of our pets and Koi pond.

Michael knocked on the door twice until I answered. He questioned me about a number of things and asked if there was anything additional he could do for me. Since I'm quarantining he could not come in my house to reset the mouse traps. However he did them in the garage. He also checked back with me when he was done. He was very pleasant.

If we hadn't been home the tech was only going to treat half of our home on the outside. Even though the property has two addresses it was made clear last year when we signed up that the home is a single family dwelling. It has been for more than 10 years.

I'm sure the technician did his job just fine. But I want to note something. When I realized it was going to rain heavily the whole evening and night right after spraying, I called in to suggest we wait. The person on the phone said the material is so concentrated, it was fine, I questioned it, but she repeated it was fine. Well, I highly doubt that. Even if it's very concentrated, it still probably all got washed away throughout last night. So I don't think that's good, for $89.
