The technician was friendly and helpful. Advised me on potential pest problems inside the house and provided me with traps for silverfish. (Cy-Fair area near Houston).

My tech “America” called before he arrived and was here when he said he would. He listen to me and my concerns and completed the treatment in my kitchen quickly. He explained what he was doing and why and also said the treatment was pet friendly after noticing I had animals in the house. He explained how the treatment worked and told me to make sure to call for a follow up review on the treatment areas. Very friendly and knowledgeable and thorough. Great job Jimmie! Jimmie is always so friendly! He comes to the door first, ask if we have some issues, explains what he is planing to do.
