Pest Control review Technician only fumigated the front of my house , I had workers doing the steps to my door, so he did not fumigate around the door or the backyard as stated in his report. Usually, I get a call from technicians, before or when they arrive to my house. This was not the case today. I need it to have my garage and the inside of my house fumigated. The workers said he was there for 5 to 10 minutes and left when I got to the house apparently he had just left and I called the company because I was wondering if he could come back and finish the rest of the house but apparently he had gone home already because he could not be reached. Technician was good. But we received no call saying what time he was coming. We received a voice mail Tuesday saying our service would be Thursday. The voice mail said no specific arrival window. Then at 9:15 am the technician shows up with no call (usually we get a call). Are expected to sit at home all day on the day you randomly choose for your service? Arrival windows would be nice. PS your system only allows me to choose 5 stars. Every time I try for anything less it auto fills in all 5 stars.
