Rigoberto performed my service Saturday morning. He came early which was nice, so I didn't have to wait around all day. He was friendly and asked if I had any concerns or pest problems. He took care of the service and left the receipt in my mailbox.

Sean was prompted and courteous. He listened to my "pest" concerns and addressed them, telling me specifically where traps and powders were set." My (smallish) dog barked at him the entire time but Sean remained calm and friendly. Yes, give him a bonus.
