Jared did an excellent job today. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He took time to answer all of our questions and addressed all of our issues. I have had aptive for a couple of years and I have not had a pest problem since.
The technician Marvin Johnson was very warm and welcoming. Even though I was home alone I did not feel afraid to have a stranger in the house. We talked as if I knew him for some time. Marvin explained to me what he would be doing. He seems very committed to his job, very Knowledgeable and professional. This is my second time having Aptive in my home and I would recommend them to friends and family because of their professionalism.
He didn't have enough chemicals to do the inside and he said he would schedule an appointment for someone to come back and when I called the next day that hadn't been done. If I hadn't called I would've never known, and wouldn't have had my service completed.
Sergio was a very polite and helpful and professional employ. He also walked thru before and after he completed the job.
We had a sighting of silverfish that we told our technician about and he provided special treatment for that as the regular treatment doesn't deal with silverfish.
The company called ahead to let me know when they were coming. They have been helpful in keeping mice out of our home, as well as bug-free. Very reasonable price for service.
Gus Dimas showed up when expected. He is polite and courteous and got right to work to clean our eaves and apply the treatment. Thanks Gus!
