Sergio went above and beyond during his scheduled service. I have been having issues with grubs and there hasn't been a concentrated effort by the technicians to remedy the problem but Sergio was specific about it and targeted the issue today. He also gave me advice on the upcoming fertilizing treatment that we do to our lawn every spring and will help coordinate Aptive's service with this action.

A riel did a fantastic job. He listened to the problem I have with mice due to feeding the birds and put traps in the basement. He did a great job.
