The technician did a great job and went above and beyond to do a great job
Dillon M was terrific from the start of the service until he finished. He took pride in our home just as if it was his. Friendly personality, asked us about any problem areas, and was super professional about that job at hand.
Excellent efficient service, inside and outside our home. No sign of scorpions, or other significant insects since Aptive Pest Control has been servicing our home.
They have really great customer service except for when you are calling them. You are put on hold for at least 45 minutes. The technician who came out was very professional and explained that the spray you use does not kill ants but it's something they take back to their nest. He was also going to leave a bait box under the kitchen sink which he did not.
Never has someone explained the spider situation to me until today. I just switched over to Aptive and I am very very impressed

Very informative and told me he would leave a note for the next scheduled appointment for the technician to move the bait trap closer to the one that's being eaten. Good for me to know they are on the other side of the yard.
I called this morning to make sure the inside of my home could be treated. I also asked for a call 30 minutes before my technician arrived. I got the call, and spent the next 50 minutes waiting in muy living room. My doorbell was not rung, and I didn't notice him in my yard. When I got the text asking for me to review the service I called and was told I can't have this fixed for a week because something on your end didn't say I wanted the inside treated. I cannot believe that it is going to take a week for you to fix your mistake.
Was not careful. Sprayed all over walls and windows. Have to get windows n glass door cleaned. Walls have sprayed mark all over.
Was on time, sprayed around exterior of building, pool area, and perimeter walls. Was professional and personable at all times. Would use technician again.
