Eric and Aptive were great. Eric thoroughly explained what was covered in the quarterly service plan and what he was going to be doing today. I love that the products used are safe for my dog and newborn to be around.
Eaton called ahead to tell me what time he would arrive. He is very polite and explained exactly what he was going to do. He told me of someone he knew who had a similar experience which was interesting to know. All in all, he seems very professional and competent.
Matt was terrific. He was cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He did a great job. Would be happy to have him do my yard anytime in the future.
Corey was very professional, nice and very thorough. He was a pleasure to have at our property to spray for bugs. Would appreciate seeing him again in the future.
Ernie Weaver demonstrated poor customer service in all his visits. Always in a hurry and does not perform attention to detail services by assuring all areas are covered. On his second or third visit, I had to call the office for him to return because he missed some spots that were too obvious. When asked service related questions, he answers with a rude demeanor and does not take the time to talk to you with eye to eye contact. Today, on his scheduled visit I tried to ask him some simple questions about my remaining services and he walked off answering with a sarcastic answer.
