Our technician today did a wonderful job and certainly deserves a $5 bonus! Unfortunately I could not get the link in his service complete email to work and don’t have his name. He cleaned out all of the cobwebs around our eaves and treated all the cracks and crevices for spiders and ants. We have not had any problems with any pests all winter! First time ever! The technician who provided this quarter's treatment, Rex Lynch, did a very efficient job. He knocked to introduce himself and announce that he'd be on the property - he also asked if I was experiencing any specific problems.
