So I spoke with the tech about the most significant problem I had with pests last year - namely bees. I pointed out several areas where the bees where a problem. While he did provide suggestions for me to do (versus your products), when I looked at what he did, he didn't treat for bees. It may be too early to treat for bees now, but my point was I would rather not call you when the bees are a significant problem - I would prefer you guys, now that you are aware of the problem, handle that much more proactively.

We have had the same tech a few times in a row and I really appreciate that he remembers our trouble areas and challenges. It was very nice of him to call and talk by phone while he was outside doing the treatment and observing social distance.
