I thought all was excellent and showed real professionalism. I was impressed that he knocked on my door to let me know he was there to provide the service and asked if I have had any issues.
Nick is a good tech. He sprayed for wasp nest while here.

Christian and his co-worker were great! They came by, they gave us a ring and waited for a bit. When we didn't answer (we were in the middle of dinner and didn't hear), they gave us a call and that got my attention. They asked if I had any questions before they started, and then asked if we were having difficulties with any specific bugs. Under all these crazy circumstances, the men were incredibly nice, patient, and performed a job-well done. Thank you Sirs!

The technician that came out today for a reservice after I saw more wasp activity from first application, was soo very helpful and informative! Her name is Melissa, she took the time to call me and let me I was the next stop. After hearing my concerns, she and her other two team members went around the areas I was concerned. After they treated the property, she kindly advised what was found and what was used to stop the little critters. Highly recommend! It's been about 1 yr and worth having them come out once a quarter. Thank you!

The technician uploaded a document at the first service and put my "signature" on the page. I did NOT sign up for 72 months, I was not explained the cancellation policy and this is all ridiculous!!!! I was told the eaves on the second story would be treated, they were not. I was told I would get a text message before the appointment and I did not. I will be relaying all of the false information I got to anyone and everyone that I can. This is not quality service, just one big SCAM!
