John and his associate worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that he asked me if I had any special needs before he started. Although, I had none, it was nice to know that I had the opportunity to provide my input.

Happy with Aptives service EXCEPT our technician left our gate open and our dogs (pit bulls)were out roaming the neighborhood Thankfully our dogs are very submissive and nice but they were barking at people walking around. Thankfully our neighbor saw them and put her back in the open gate. PLEASE REMIND THEM TO ALWAYS CLOSE GATES WHETHER YOU THINK THEY HAVE DOGS IR NOT. This is a second time during a retreat this has happened. Our normal quarterly tech always closes the gates
