Ronin did a great job explaining what he would be doing today, and what I can expect in the next few weeks/month. He let me know when someone would be out again to spray, and what that would involve. I also had a question about my account and he took the time to call the office for me to answer my question that I had.

Very disappointed. They missed coming in the entire first quarter of the year. I called and made a morning appointment. They sent a reminder of our appointment and on the day of the appointment they did not show up or make any contact that entire morning. We spent hours preparing our home for them to come and changed appointments so someone would be there during the time of our appointment. They did not show up or contact us. I called them and let them know they never showed up. They said I was moved to the afternoon for some unknown reason. I asked to be first in the afternoon and they said OK. I would like to highlight Curtis as an extraordinary Aptive Technician. He provided service to our home today (April 22, 2020) in Laurel, MD. Upon his arrival I pointed out hot spot concerns. He professionally and courteously explained what type of issue was occurring in each area. Following, he went above and beyond to assess our property and treated each problem area and potential areas. At the end of the treatment he explained in depth and breath what he did. Please reward Curtis in the proper setting for displaying a standard of excellence while representing Aptive and for his outstanding professionalism and incredible work ethics!

This is the second time Paul Johnston have done the service. He is extremely respectful and does an amazing job. He lets me know when he gets here, so if I have any concerns I can tell him, and I find that very useful. When he is done, he also lets me know.
