Tyler was professional, notified me when he was to start treatment. He was efficient and thorough. Moved my cat houses so not in the way. Thank you.
Justin called to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. He greeted me warmly from at least 6 feet away, and listened as I described the areas I had seen spider activity, and then he went to work. Quick, very thorough, and very nice. Thank you for sending him.
Great tech. Knew exactly what to do to kill those wasps. Sprayed around my house and did a fantastic job.i highly recommend them

Once again the Technician was blind sided by call in. Technician didn't have requested bait stations or plastic black traps requested on the service call. This is my third attempt to accomplish the basic service. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with our service to date. I continue to have mice in the house and garage and rodents are still in attic nesting. Our basement continues to have traps eaten from with only one mouse caught. BAIT IS GONE THOUGH....
As a first time Aptive customer, I was very pleased with Matt's professionalism and his attention to detail with the service provided.
Jose Castillo from Aptive did a great job listening to the concern areas I had in the yard and around the house. He then went about his business and treated those areas along with the rest of property.
Because of the Corona Virus the technicians cannot go into the house. Raymond called me when he was outside and explained to me how I use the moth traps in my house. He then left them on my front porch for me. He was so courteous, and polite. Thank you so much Raymond!
