Shannon Thompson was an awesome technician. He took the time to explain the application process he used. He was thorough as he applied the spray. He did the entire home inside and outside. He left no area untouched. I would definitely recommend him for your pest control service. Thanks, Aptive!

So far so good this was only the first treatment and we will see how it works. As to the tech she was excellent, told me what she was going to do and was concern about our dog. But as to the salesperson he needs some training on how to talk to a customer he came very close to over selling the service. Comments like " Don't tell your neighbor about the package I'm giving you". Told me he knew the company I retired from, but he really didn't. Telling my wife and myself "That he really liked us' so he was giving us a really good deal".

Jermil Mobley arrived promptly and was respectful and kind. He took time to clean many spider webs (my home had a lot) and recommended an extra ant preventative in my kitchen. I am happy with the initial service call and look forward to effective treatments going forward.
