Alejandro Medina-Pillado came earlier than the 4-6 pm scheduled time, which I appreciated. He listened to my concerns and quickly addressed the issues. Gave me great feedback about what not to do with my ant problem, which I was not aware of. He was professional, courteous and answered a couple of questions before leaving. Thank you

Technician was here 3 minutes and I was charged for her to walk to the back yard. Seeing that nobody was home she left and I still got charged. This wasn't the first time this happened. Little did they know I have cameras around my house. I would not recommend to anyone. I called and called my service.
