Pete was extremely friendly and honest. He got right to work but after he talked to us and we learned more about the company and what to expect. Thank you Pete!
Much more helpful/informative than the initial crew. I appreciate that he took his time and paid attention to everything because i have pets. As well as checking to see if anything else was needed prior to leaving. I’d like him on my regular care if possible

I will be amazed if anything that was done today will result in less mice. He was here maybe 45 minutes. He said he looked for mouse holes and only found one, and then said he would not fill the mouse holes because it was too big. Isn't that why he was here????? With the 30-40 mice(that we caught)that I told the first guy about there HAS to be mouse holes. This technician did NOT spend the time needed to search out the entrance routes. He was VERY young and inexperienced. He said he had no idea how the mice were getting in. I am not encouraged.
It was a relief to have a professional such as Q to service our home. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. He answered all of questions and addressed all of my concerns including a nesting ground for wasps. He also took care of scorpions entering our home. Please send Q to service our home every time.
