you stated that a 3 foot barrier was to be sprayed around my home's exterior your tech sprayed at best a 1 inch line of insecticide around the exterior of my home

Mr. Darrell Wormley was polite, professional, punctual and explained everything very well. Had Aptive come back out for an in between free spray.

Didn't treat the yard for ants ,only treaded ant mounds and mist some.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He was even able to get one of the wasp nests down on the roof of my house.

The sales guy was great at explaining the details of the work to be performed. I asked about the safety of our new puppy and bird, and was advised that the chemical used was safe for kids and pets. The next day appointment was called ahead by the technician and advised me that the chemical being used was a powder for the inside and could make the puppy sick if he got into it. He advised the puppy would need to be put into a bathroom while he treated the inside and give time to dry before allowing him out. This was not explained to me by the sales person and I could have made arrangements for the dog to be at a family members house during the treatment of the inside. I advised the techn...Read More

My husband was home and said the technician was very friendly, efficient and completed all my requested work. We had an organic company, thus needed to stay green-no toxins in our yard or home! I think we will be very happy we switched to Aptive as they seem a step above our previous provider.

The Aptive guy did not even inform us that he is there to do the service so that we could let him know what type of pests we are seeing. He missed servicing the 80% of the house which is covered behind the backyard doors which were locked. He did not even do the inside. Extremely poor service and I did call Aptive and they were suppose to get back to me to see if the Aptive guy could return to my place to complete the service.
