I was not even a heads up when he was coming. It didn't take him more than 5 minutes and he was done. I am still getting ants and cockroaches inside of my house. I had requested to get serviced indoor and he wouldn't do it because my granddaughter was home. If I was notified of the approximate time of his arrival, I would have had her leave so that the service could be completed. This is the 2nd time I've had service within a few weeks and still haven't seen any results.
Awesome!!! Taylor really showed that he truly cared about what he was doing and about providing quality service. He pointed out issues that I would have never known existed. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and so very impressed with Taylor!!!
I cannot remember our technician's name!!! He took care of our neighbors' house and then came to ours. Our dogs were going crazy and he was very patient while I put them away. He was very thorough in the job he did and was careful to tell me more than once to keep off the sprayed portions until they dried. He did say he was new to Aptive and had worked with them for about 3-4 weeks now. We are pleased with his job!

Excellent job performed by Lance Mayfield, he took his time and made sure all the area's of my concern were treated.
Tech was great. The only thing I would recommend, is that they wear masks when coming inside homes. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, and we have an 82 year old with heart issues living here. We really do not want the added risks. Other than that, we were very pleased with the service.
Nathan Jackson was very polite and informative over our phone call. We are sheltering in place so did not meet him. We heard him working around the house and deck, assume a job well done. Thanks
I don’t believe that the tech even showed up here and I have been waiting since 1030 this morning for a callback to figure out when they’re going to do the job that they’ve already billed me for. This isn’t the first time but it is the last
They did a nice job. The technician was prompt and professional. This was our first treatment
Did the entire inside including the basement. Wore a mask. Was helpful and timely!
