I've had Alterra for years before it was sold to Terminex (I think that's who it was) and Alterra since it came back. Out of all the service techs I've ever had, Brandon Bogan was by far the nicest, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish all the other techs were as great as him. He should definitely be a trainer, but that may not be what he wants to do. You guys would definitely see more success in my opinion.

Technician was fine but office customer service very poor. I have tried to call about a wasp issue at least three times. Sent to a holding pattern for 20 minutes with no one taking the call and no opportunity to leave a message. I do not see a way to send an email message on the App. I have heard this is a problem from other of your customers.

Our technician, Nathan Jackson, did an excellent job. It was our first treatment and to be honest with you I was mad at my husband for signing up for the service. Nathan answered our questions and helped us to get the service we needed. I recommend him highly. Time will tell if the service works so I'll have to update the review.

Ike Osakuni went above and beyond my expectations in the treatment of our property. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He was very through and treated our property top to bottom. He also located numerous wasp nests that we had not been able to locate. I hope when we have our follow up treatment we get him again. Top notch employee!
