The only reason I’m giving you a 5 star is because of the young man y’all sent out to spray my house. Your customer service is horrible. No one picks up when you call. The only way you get someone to answer is if you press the new customer number and when someone picks they transfer back to the line where no one picks up the phone. After I noticed that I press the new service number again and left a message with to have someone call me back and no one called me back.

Was told by sales person Logan that technician would be spraying yard from front yard curb to fence in back yard only agreed because have seen ant beds n yard in the past. Will definitely be calling if i see them over the next few weeks. Since he didn't do that.

Donnelle Dinkins-Bryant did a professional job. He identified himself, then worked on applying the treatment. Got rid of a hornets nest in addition to treating for spiders. Thank-you Donnelle.
