The technician was polite and courteous. He was able to assess the situation and provide a solution to our growing ant problem. He also took the extra step and wore a mask when coming inside, which was thoughtful.

Eric Strother did a great job while he was in my house. He was easy to talk to. Did all the rooms I asked him. The only thing I would have him do next time would be is to cover his shoes.

I think missing more details to the other company provide, no remove the cobwebs and no applying quimical on the grass and I ask for a litle tramps and he say no carrier tramps for the garage doors on that moment.

The technician, Dominique Weems, was very pleasant and thorough. He came out on a hot day and worked hard to reach all areas around the house. He did a very good job. The only change I would like to see is for him to call before he came. I had called customer service in the morning to get an idea of when he would arrive and they said he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. We did not get a call. Other than that he did a great job.
