this company freedom plus is a scam, they run my credit with out my authorization, never ever did i apply when i call and sen them a letter they never responded, i reported them to all agences plus the FBI, stay away from this SCAM

was initially approved but was told that the underwriters declined my request, then i was told they are more strict than the companies ive worked with and have paid off in the past even with a 705 score (i.e. lending club, upgrade, prosper) the customer service sucks, its bad when you are approved but it really sucks when the (UNDERWRITERS) change their minds midstream!!!!,

I applied for a loan and was approved and Just needed to send my paperwork in. After I sent it in and haven’t heard from no one. I called my representative that I was working with Shardey because I could never get her anymore. No response to voicemails or emails. I finally got through to another person after about 2 weeks later and was told oh you were denied and she will give u a call to explain. I still haven’t heard back. I’m just constantly checking now to make sure there doesn’t end up being any fraud on my credit. Smh

I had a terrible experience with Freedom Plus! They have no right of rescission once the loan docs have been sent. I tried to cancel only hours after returning the docs because I found a MUCH cheaper loan. They said they would "try" to cancel it. I was surprised weeks later when it wasn't canceled and the funds were sent anyways. I was given unreasonable dates to return the funds in order to wave the origination fees which I found to be very high. I was charged for money I didn't want, didn't use, and I wouldn't recommend this company. Watch out!

They hide many things like its a daily simple interest and once you sign that contract there is no turning back. I wanted to cancel my contract one day later and I was told i could not. Do your research before you do business with this company
