I was a little hesitant in selecting a mover especially with all the stories online but Open Road was able to win my trust and I am happy I decided to go with them. I spoke with a rep named Henry who walked me through the moving process and answered the million questions I had. My items did arrive 2 days late in Michigan but other than that no items were broken and I got an amazing price through them. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

If I could give them a -10 review I would. They were the most amazing company I talked to on the phone until they got my money. As soon as they got my money a 360 happened. I had to always follow up with them even when they said they would call. Incredibly long story short, "Dylan" the sales rep that sold me the dream of having my stuff by day 5 after they picked up my belongings was a complete lie. Come to find out they are to NEVER guarantee a date which he did. That was the ONLY reason I chose them! I ended up getting my items on day 15. Complete scam. Recently moved using this company. We paid them to schedule third party movers (who we also had to pay) to move our belongings. The third party movers misplaced $4000 worth of our belongings. Open Road customer service (after about 4-5 days of not answering calls/returning calls) told us that it is no longer their responsibility, and we would have to deal with the third party movers ourselves. This is still ongoing, and we have not recieved our belongings yet. Moving is stressful enough, avoid this company!
