I have never experienced suck an unprofessional company in my life the head of customer service Steven actually started yelling at me when I confronted him and this company about it’s practices dealing with my 74 year old mother I will never recommend use etc… this company. I wish I could leave this message and not give a star at all they don’t deserve it.
One of the worst company they initially quoted 4K and changed it to 11k and we did not add anything new. When we called the manager he was very rude. Everything they said was a lie and one of the worst company.
The worst company EVER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They lie right to your face. They have a sales person named Leo Henn.... be careful with him. How can a company like this be allowed to operate, or let alone be rated A- by BBB? A 11k move turned into 23k move and there was no change whatsoever on my inventory. In fact my inventory decreased as I packed and discarded things. They charged me for packing and packing materials and two guys showed up to move us with non of the things I was expecting based on my contract with them. Please save yourself the hassle. These are a bunch of thieves operating in broad daylight.
Please, DO NOT USE. You will only regret it. They are only the broker. There are hidden fees. No one calls you back! They lie right to your face. They have all their bases covered to screw you. Please don't ignore this warning!
My experience is identical to the ones below. lies, shifty subcontractor, inaccurate information. a $5000 move turned into a $12000 move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not use this company!! Do yourself a favor and either rent a Uhaul or a Pod. They do nothing to help ensure a timely delivery. Our belongings have been sitting in a warehouse in LA for a month because the company they contracted out to cannot find a driver. I don't understand why they would take my money and things if they don't have a driver. And compensation for a late delivery is absurdly low: $20 a day for every business day it is late. Choose a different company!
This was the worst experience with a moving company, since they are brokers they will not guarantee your move dates even though they supply an extra day. I scheduled my move a month in advance for a a Friday with Saturday as my back up day. Received a call Friday a few hours before the scheduled arrival that they were running late for the 5 pm-7 pm window and would pick up Saturday between 5 pm and 7 pm. Saturday was the flex day they had given me so I was fine with this. Saturday afternoon I received a call that they were running behind and I would not be picked up until Sunday morning between 7 am and 9 am, first pick up of the day. The sales rep at Nationwide lied to me every step of the way in order for me to hear what I wanted so that I would sign the contract. He told me that the movers would be trusted partners of Nationwide. The "company" that showed up to pick up my stuff two Ukranian gentlemen in a beat-down white truck. They barely spoke English and showed up 7 hours later than I had originally been told. It took them 6 hours to load the truck with the contents from my 3 bedroom home. Originally, when working with the Nationwide sales rep, I was told that my stuff could be picked up in OH and delivered in WI the following business day. That also turned out to be a lie.
